The controller of your data is the person identified at the bottom of this page, whom you may contact by email regarding any privacy matter.

Data we process and purpose

We process the data you provide through the Site's forms: in the contact form, your name, email and message; in the newsletter, your email. We use it solely to respond to your request and, if you subscribe to the newsletter, to send you information and offers from Novaktia.

Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request or, in the case of the newsletter, until you ask to unsubscribe.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties. To provide the service we use providers acting as data processors: Vercel (web hosting), Resend (delivery of contact-form email), MailerLite (newsletter management) and Webempresa (domain registration and email).

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (in particular, in the United States). In that case, the transfer is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, as declared by each provider.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the email indicated at the bottom of this page. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
